Flattley Pedals

Established in 2016, Flattley Guitar Pedals is an English, family-run business dedicated to creating hand-built, versatile effects pedals with a minimal carbon footprint. Founded by a former Royal Navy and aviation avionics technician with over 30 years of experience, the company applies rigorous aviation-grade quality standards to every product. As a active band musician, the founder designs each pedal for maximum functionality across diverse genres, refining initial schematic concepts into prototypes before partnering with local Gloucestershire facilities to produce custom PCBs populated with top-tier components.

Beyond their functional versatility, every Flattley pedal is crafted as a visual work of art through an intensive, multi-step enclosure finishing process. Operating out of Gloucestershire, the team applies anti-corrosive etch primers, multiple base coats, and signature custom graphics—utilizing hydro-dipping for the Platinum Range and in-house UV direct printing for the Silver Range. Enclosures are treated with several wet-sanded lacquer coats and hand-polished to a deep lustre. Both ranges feature practical, musician-focused details, including soft-glowing LED halo rings, laser-etched foot toppers, and custom aluminium plaques.
